Building Inspections Services
These inspections are performance inspections, which evaluate the functionality of the roofing system, termite inspection (by a licensed termite company), air conditioning, and heating, plumbing, electrical, structure, grading, sprinkler, and pool attic, crawl space (where applicable), kitchen (including appliances), doors, widows. We also include a limited thermal imaging scan of you home. This scan can pick up roof and plumbing leaks that are not visible to the naked eye. These inspections start at $350.00 for a single family home and will vary depending on the size, age, and structure of the home. The reports are emailed within 24 hours of completion of the inspection. Please call for a quote.

Seawalls should be inspected by a licensed seawall company. These inspections vary in price. We can arrange to have a seawall company present at the time of inspection.
Windstorm Inspections
Windstorm inspections can help a homeowner reduce insurance costs. These inspections evaluate the roof, type of roof, gable end bracing (if applicable) strapping, type of construction (frame or CBS), and hurricane protection. All of our inspections go through a rigid quality control process to ensure that you have the correct rating on your home.

Four-Point Inspections
Many insurance companies are now requiring four point insurance inspections (roof, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning) when a home reaches 50 years of age. After a home reaches 35 years of age, these inspections can sometimes be used to obtain an insurance discount (check with your insurance company). If combined with the comprehensive home inspection at the time of the inspection,
a discount will be offered.
