These inspections are performance inspections, which evaluate the functionality of the roofing system, termite inspection (by a licensed termite company), air conditioning, and heating, plumbing, electrical, structural, grading, sprinkler, and pool. These inspections start at $275.00 for a single family home and will vary depending on the size, age, and structure of the home. Roof and termite reports are issued at the time of the inspection. The general report is either emailed or faxed within 24 hours. Please call for a quote.

Seawalls should be inspected by a licensed seawall company. These inspections vary in price. We can arrange to have a seawall company present at the time of inspection.

Four-Point Inspections
Many insurance companies are now requiring four point insurance inspections (roof, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning) when a home reaches 50 years of age. After a home reaches 35 years of age, these inspections can sometimes be used to obtain an insurance discount (check with your insurance company). If combined with the comprehensive home inspection at the time of the inspection,
a discount will be offered.
